These ZIP files contain the files for 3.5" DISK 1 (401DSK13.ZIP) and
DISK 2 (401DSK23.ZIP) of the 1-2-3 Release 4.01 Update.

Simply, unzip these files to 2 diskettes and run SETUP.EXE from DISK 1.

ALternatively, you may create a directory (e.g. C:\UPDATE) with
subdirectories DISK1 and DISK2 and unzip the files into the corresponding
directory.  Then run SETUP from the DISK1 subdirectory 
(e.g. File Run C:\UPDATE\DISK1\SETUp.EXE).

Read the file READMEUP.TXT in DISK1 for information on 123 Release 4.01.
