This game stops working after a number of goes or after a certain elapsed time.

This FC /B byte was changed in SNAKE.EXE to let you play the game whenever you want

4AA9: 55 -> CB     (Do RETF instead of bombing out)

It still has horrible spelling errors and lots of annoying nag screens.


Configure the keys; the default ones are useless.

The scores can be initialised by deleting SNAKE.HI!, ignore the error next time.
DON'T press F7 to clear scores as the scoreboard will be filled with nag stuff
and scores that are impossible to beat.
