Left-Shift : Fire
Left-Ctrl  : Open door
M          : Map
I          : Hide Status Bar

While the map is on, you can't move.

To change levels, press Ctrl while facing the teleport. You can revisit old levels if you wish.


Cheats:

Press G+J+E together, no response.
Now you can choose some cheats:
W          : Walk through walls (hold W down)
V          : Invisibility (enemies won't attack or respond). Press V again and they'll wake up and attack.
C          : some numbers
According to info found on the internet, A gives ammo and H gives health, but they don't work for me.

Press A+C+H together, then press O, no response.
Now, pressing M gives a different map. Press O again to return the map to normal.


If cheats don't work for you, it may be necessary to change the shortcut parameters.
