Each level instructs you as to what should be accomplished by building a machine to do the job. When you get your machine to work, you have completed that level. You will then be given the password to the next level. Only the word before the "-" is important, the rest is not needed. In the Control Panel you can click on "Select Level". This will list all levels, those you have attempted are in green and the rest are red. The red levels can only be accessed either by completing the prior level or by entering the password in the Password field. If you enter a correct password all the prior levels are unlocked as well. Therefore, to unlock all levels, you only need to enter the password for the last level. The list of unlocked levels is kept in TIM.CFG which can be deleted to lock levels 2 upwards.
