Instructions
------------

The keyboard or joystick can be used at any time.  You can recalibrate the
joystick at the main menu, but most players should not have to.

You collect or activate objects by touching them with your man. Stay clear
of deadly objects !

The main goal of each cave is to get the pick axes needed to break the ice
walls at the end of each level.  Of course deadly traps and enemies will be
guarding the axes.

You enter each cave from the arctic map screen.  Some caves will be easy to
reach while others will be blocked by doors or freezing ice water.

You will have an infinite number of men.  You can concentrate on solving
puzzles without worrying about dying.

Hints & Secrets
---------------

There are hidden bonuses inside some of the bricks.  Explore as many of them
as you can.  Some of the pipes lead into secret treasure rooms.  Stand on top
of one and press the down arrow or move the joystick down.  You can jump over
any enemy.  Be careful, dangerous snowballs and gun traps will pop out of the
ground when you least expect it.  You can kill any enemy with a shot.  Use
bullets sparingly as you have a limited supply.

Keyboard Setup
--------------

The arrow keys always work to move left and right, but you also have three
choices for alternate keys.    When you enter the "Keyboard Config" screen,
you can press 1, 2 or 3 from the list below, or Esc.

Joystick Setup
--------------

When the game is started, the joystick is assumed to be centered.  If it
wasn't, you have to recalibrate it.  This is done by going to the "Calibrate
Joystick" screen,  centering the joystick, and pressing the button.

Cheating
--------
Press M+F+X for 99 shots, maximum pickaxes, keys and boat as required for that level.
You will get a confirmation sound.
