Cheating
--------

Turn SCROLL LOCK on.  You can do either or both cheats:

1) In the menu, press grey + in the number pad. This starts the game,
   but you have infinite lives and spears.

2) While in the game, press the grey +, to advance levels (up to 20).


Keys

Space         Jump
E             Sound on/off
P             Pause on/off
R             Restore game
S             Save game
Q             Quit
Esc           Quit
F             Fire (also any key on bottom row)
Arrow keys    left/right

Extra keys can be assigned to movement, by using the Keyboard Config option in the menu.

In some places you will be invisible, however your hat can still be seen.

There is no facility to restart a level (in case you got stuck), so you need to save
your game at the start of each level, and if you got stuck, to quit the game. Then
start a new game and restore your saved game.
