The game is easier to play with the mouse. Make sure your mouse driver is loaded.

If you have the unregistered, unmodified version:
When the big menu comes up, select 1 (Configure), then keep pressing
Enter until the game starts.

If you have the registered or modified version:
When the big menu comes up, select 1 (Configure), then click on Play Now.

After you finish, you will find an extra file called BASIC.DAT
This is for the high scores & can be deleted.


Technical:

The file WORK.KEY contains registration information. If you tried to hack
this file you get a message. If you are unregistered, you get some NAG screens.
The easiest thing to do is to remove the entire process. This is done by
changing these FC /B bytes:

56A1: E8 05 F9 -> 90 90 90

Larry spells '1st' as '1rst'. Many bytes were changed to fix this.
They form the remainder of the changed bytes in the FC /B listing.

There are many other spelling mistakes not fixed, such as 'trys' and 'applys'.
