Quit:                 Ctrl+Alt+Del
Notes:                Select skill level 5.
                      Keyboard only works with Turbo on, so it goes too fast.
                      After game starts, begin play immediately or it might freeze.
                      The fire key can be held down for almost continuous shooting.
Keyboard:             Arrows.      Move
                      Space.       Fire
                      Q.           Sound on/off
                      ScrollLock.  Pause
                      Esc.         Menu
