Conclusion:

The latest TSR BIOS (1.02.105) helps lot on a V1000 with old BIOS version, but nothing on my CT6260/V1000L-P card which has a later (but not the latest) BIOS version,
(this is the reason why not exist a "V1000L-P with original BIOS" column in the table above).
On my V1000-E card with its old BIOS the TSR BIOS add 4% performance on vQuake 640x480
13% on vQuake 768x576
12% on vQuake2 640x480

With the same BIOS version the V1000L-P is 8.5% faster on vQuake 640x480
13.2% on vQuake 768x576
13.6% on vQuake2 640x480
12.4% on OpenGL
12% on Direct3D.
