SUMMARY

Microsoft MS-DOS 5.0 Shell will not allow you to modify a filename in the File
Display Options Name text box.
WORKAROUND
==========
If this problem occurs, backspace over the previous file specification and press
ENTER. This will restore the Name field to the default value of *.* . You can
now enter a new filename.
