When using the Formation Flying in Microsoft Flight Simulator for the Macintosh
version 4.0, pausing will not pause the chase plane.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1. Choose Microsoft Flight Simulator and Entertainment from the Options menu.
2. Select Formation Flying, and click OK.
3. In the Formation Flying dialog box, select San Francisco Obstacle Course and
click OK.
4. When the situation is presented, press the p key on your keyboard. Note the
Chase Plane continues to pull away from your aircraft.
