keys that can be used within the program. These are a ToolBook feature.

Below is a list of the undocumented key combinations and a description of their
functions:

1. SHIFT+F2 - (Back) Returns to the previous screen

2. CTRL+F2 - (History) Displays a dialog box containing a sequential history of
  commands since Beethoven was started

3. ALT+F2 - (Page Select) This key combination updates the Beethoven window to
  include a reference to the current page in the lower-left corner overlapping
  the Exit and a portion of the Help button. By clicking the label, you are
  prompted to input a page number to go to.

4. CTRL+RIGHT ARROW Key - (Next Page)

5. CTRL+LEFT ARROW Key - (Previous Page)
