error occurs while the Screen Builder (FoxForm) is generating a format file.
CAUSE
=====
The FoxUSER file is not in the System Folder.
RESOLUTION

Place the FoxUSER file in the System Folder.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

1. Open a screen.
2. From the Program menu, choose Generate.
3. In the Generate dialog box, select Format File.
4. Choose the OK button.
