SYMPTOMS
========
When you use version 1.0 of Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer with version 3.0
of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, options you set from the Options command on
the Mail menu of Microsoft Mail return to their default.
CAUSE
=====
All options are stored in the Mail Message File (MMF); for example, recipients
from the Personal Address Book (PAB) are reset when using the extended mail
functions, such as E-forms, from within Mail 3.0.
RESOLUTION
==========
Upgrade to version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks.
