SYMPTOMS
========
When you use version 1.0 of Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer to address a
note to another user listed in your Personal Address Book (PAB), you receive a
MAPI_FAILURE error if you delete the addressee from your PAB before you send the
message.
CAUSE
=====
MAPI has a problem resolving the MAPIAddress() function.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 1.0 of Microsoft
Electronic Forms Designer. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
