SYMPTOMS
========

You cannot print to your printer's lower output tray.

CAUSE
=====

In Windows NT 3.1 and 3.5, the miniport driver does not have the option to
change the location of output tray. The output tray is defaulted to the upper
bin.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 3.1 and 3.5. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
