SYMPTOMS
========
A Standard Image Quality fax sent to a system with Microsoft At Work PC Fax
running on a CAS modem is rendered in Fine Image Quality. Because the Standard
Image Quality fax is received and rendered to Fine Image Quality, the text is
jagged.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, send faxes to CAS modems using Fine Image Quality.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows for Workgroups version
3.11. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
