SYMPTOMS
========

TCP/IP-32 does not return the correct IP name when it queries the Domain Name
Service (DNS).

CAUSE
=====

TCP/IP-32 sends an improperly formatted query to the DNS.

RESOLUTION
==========

Microsoft has released a new file, WINSOCK.DLL, that corrects this problem.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in TCP/IP-32. This problem has been
corrected in an updated TCP/IP-32 version 3.11a. For information on the
