This article describes how to enable the 32-bit Addressing feature on your
Macintosh computer. You must enable the 32-bit Addressing feature to run Arcade
for the Macintosh.

If you experience problems running Arcade, verify that the 32-bit Addressing
feature on your computer is enabled. This feature is enabled by default on
Macintosh computers. To verify that the 32-bit Addressing feature is enabled,
follow these steps:

1. On the Apple menu, point to Control Panels, and then click Memory.

2. Under 32-Bit Addressing, click On.

3. Close the Memory control panel, and then restart your computer.

NOTE: On Power Macintosh computers, the 32-bit Addressing feature is permanently
enabled, and the 32-bit Addressing feature does not appear in the Memory control
panel.
