SYMPTOMS
========

When you request a COPY command of files and directories on a NetWare server
from any client workstation (other than a Windows NT Workstation) connected to a
Windows NT Server version 3.5 that is configured with the Gateway Service for
NetWare (GSNW), the operation fails but no error message appears.


CAUSE
=====

This problem occurs if you are copying files and directories to any directory on
the Windows NT Server or the client workstation that contains 10 or more
subdirectories.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
