SYMPTOMS
========
When you print a large document from Microsoft Complete NBA Basketball to an
Epson LQ2550 printer, any of the following problems may occur:
- Only the top half of the lines is printed.
- The lines are split horizontally and the top of the lines is printed higher
than it should be.
- Only part of the document is printed.
- Only part of the document is printed, and then blank pages are printed.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem the programs listed at the top of
this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
==========
To print a large Complete Basketball document, copy the text in Complete
Basketball and then paste it into any word processor (such as Write). Print the
document from the word processor.
