SYMPTOMS
========
On a Windows 95 client, an error message appears saying that SMSROUTR.VXD has
been added to the SYSTEM.INI, but has not been found. This results in an
unstable system bootup.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. This problem has been corrected in Systems Management Server
version 1.2.
