SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the ATI Mach 32 video adapter driver included with Windows NT
version 3.5, white haze (also known as snow) may appear when you move windows on
the desktop. This problem can also occur when you use the 3D Pipes (OpenGL)
screen saver.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, use fewer colors or a lower video resolution. You
may also be able to work around this problem by using the ATI Graphics
Compatible Adapter driver.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
