SYMPTOMS

When you add an entry to the personal address book, you may see duplicate
address types.
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs when you add the Microsoft Mail transport (by choosing
Services on the Tools menu, clicking the Add button, then selecting Microsoft
Mail.
