SYMPTOMS
========
After you install the Windows Sound System, you may receive the following error
message when you try to start Quick Recorder:
Unable to start Quick Recorder as an OLE server. Run Windows Sound System
Setup again.
CAUSE
=====
The REG.DAT file may not have been updated correctly, or may have been damaged.
RESOLUTION
==========
To correct this error, either re-install the Windows Sound System soft- ware, or
rebuild the default REG.DAT file. For information about how to rebuild the
