SYMPTOMS
========

Repeated attempts to Remote Control a Windows 95 client may cause the Windows 95
Explorer to cause a General Protection (GP) fault. The same problem may also
occur with the Internet Explorer. The following error may also appear:

  Application Error: WUSER2 caused a general protection fault in module
  IDIS_LM.DLL at xxxx:xxxx

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. This problem was corrected in the latest US Service Pack for
Systems Management Server. For information on obtaining this update, query on
