SYMPTOMS
========
Print commands are unavailable (dimmed) when you view the Encarta Atlas.
CAUSE
=====
Encarta does not offer a printing feature while in the Atlas.
WORKAROUND
==========
Atlas information can be copied from Encarta, pasted into another application,
and printed using the following steps:
1. From the Atlas menu, click Copy.
2. Open another program, such as Microsoft Word, and paste in the Encarta
picture.
3. Print the picture from the new program.
MORE INFORMATION
================
This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future
release. Printing Atlas information is supported in Encarta 96 and later
versions.
