SYMPTOMS
========
When you make a change to your Windows NT configuration (for example, remove a
network protocol) and choose the Restart Now button, the computer hangs at the
initialization screen.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, turn the machine off or press the reset button.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1 and 3.5.
This problem was corrected in Windows NT version 3.51.
