SYMPTOMS
========
Microsoft Mail for Windows does not properly print a message that has been
created as a routed message by Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 or Microsoft Excel
5.0. Only the recipient's name is printed.
WORKAROUND
==========
Forward the message to yourself. Printing the forwarded message works
successfully.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail
for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
