SYMPTOMS
========


When you use the remote diagnostics Memory feature on a remote MS-DOS client, a
list of program/driver names and their addresses should appear. Instead, all
program names except COMMAND.COM are displayed as "N/A".

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
versions 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. We are researching this problem and will post new
information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
