You can add a "Slide Show in a Window" button to one of your toolbars and then
run a slide show in a Window by clicking this button. To do this, follow these
steps:

1. Open an existing presentation or create a new one.

2. On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.

3. From the Category list, click View.

4. Find the "Slide Show in a Window" button and drag it to one of your toolbars.

5. Click Close.

When you click the button, your Slide Show runs in a window and follows the
settings in the Slide Show dialog box.

To access the Slide Show dialog box, follow these steps:

1. Hold down the SHIFT key and click the "Slide Show in a Window" button.

2. Make the choices you want.

3. Click Show.

The presentation starts in full-screen view. Press ESC to exit. If you now run
the slide show in a window, it has the same characteristics, which can include
the following:

- The start slide.

- The pen color to use.

- Automatic or manual slide timings.

- Loop continually until ESC is pressed.
