SYMPTOMS
========

If you use the Windows Standard (extra large) appearance scheme and you move the
mouse pointer over a "flyout" menu (a menu that becomes active when you move
your mouse pointer over it), two mouse pointers may appear.

CAUSE
=====

The cause of this problem is not known. It appears to only occur with certain
hardware configurations.

RESOLUTION
==========

To correct this problem, change to any other Windows appearance scheme:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click
  Display.

2. Click the Appearance tab.

3. In the Scheme box, change the scheme from Windows Standard (extra large) to a
  different scheme.

4. Click OK.
