SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the right mouse button to click a floppy disk drive in My Computer,
click Format on the menu that appears, and then click the No Label check box to
select it, the Label box becomes unavailable, indicating that no label will be
used when the floppy disk is formatted. If you then change the format type from
Quick to Full, the Label box becomes available, even though the No Label check
box is still selected.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, click the No Label check box to clear it, and then
click it again to select it.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
