To download the Encyclopedia update files from AOL, do the following:
1. Connect to AOL.
2. At the AOL home screen, click Internet Connection.
3. Click the FTP option (located in the upper-left corner of the window).
4. Click Go TO FTP (located in the lower-right corner of the window).
5. Click Other Site.
6. Type the following FTP path information:
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/deskapps/mmapps/public/encarta
and click Connect.
7. Click the Encyclopedia update file, and then click DownLoad Now.
