SYMPTOMS

In Automap Streets, when you create multiple viewing windows, if you switch the
view from Tile Horizontal to Tile Vertical, the map scale changes.
CAUSE
=====
The behavior is by design. The window changes scale to retain the previously
visible viewing area.
