SYMPTOMS
========
When using the Performance Monitor and selecting to monitor the object
\LogicalDisk\Disk Queue Length\<all drives>, you may receive an incorrect
value of 4294967296, or 2^32, instead of the correct queue length. This usually
will occur with large drives on very active servers.
RESOLUTION
==========
This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT
version 3.51.

======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This
problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For
