On a computer that has many drives on the same partition, a System control
application shows an "Insufficient Memory" dialog box.

Create fewer than 10 drives, or apply the fix referenced below.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This
problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For
