SYMPTOMS
========

After you install Windows NT 3.51 Service Pack 3 on your MIPS or Power PC (PPC)
computer, if you open the on-line books icon and point to a localized version
(French, German, or Spanish) of SERVER.HLP or if you run the localized version
of SERVER.HLP from WINHLP32.EXE, a Dr. Watson error occurs.

NOTE: Localized versions of SERVER.HLP work correctly on x86 (Intel) and ALPHA
versions of Windows NT.

RESOLUTION
==========

This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT
version 3.51.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This
problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For
