SYMPTOMS
========

The original instance of a rescheduled appointment will appear unavailable in a
schedule.

CAUSE
=====

The above occurs when a user has clears the check box for the Work Primarily
from a Local File (on the Synchronize tab under Options on the Tools menu) after
his or her delegate tentatively accepts the original of a rescheduled
appointment, and the user has previously Accepted the rescheduled appointment.
The delegate's Tentative appointment overrides the rescheduled appointment in
the user's schedule and appears as an outdated appointment.

MORE INFORMATION
================

Have either the user or his or her delegate re-book the request for the
rescheduled meeting request. Once the new set version is on the schedule, either
user can update the appointment.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Schedule+ version 7.0.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
