SYMPTOMS

Long Microsoft Exchange mail messages automatically create a scroll bar on the
right side of the window pane. When you move the scroll box (also called the
scroll thumb)to the bottom, the message will scroll up allowing you to view the
bottom of the message. When you reach the bottom of the message, you can click
the down arrow scroll button and you will continue to scroll past the end of the
text of the message.

CAUSE
=====

This is by product design.
