SYMPTOMS

When you copy text from Encarta and paste the text into another program, some
characters may not display correctly. Strange characters may be displayed in
place of the original characters you copied.

CAUSE
=====

The font selected in the application or document you are pasting to is something
other than V1 LucidaSans.

RESOLUTION
==========

The correct copied text from Encarta, do the following:

1. In the program or document you are pasting to, select the pasted text.

2. Change the font in your program or document to V1 LucidaSans.

- Quotation mark
