SYMPTOMS
========
After you download an Internet Update file and double-click the <file
name>.z96 file. Bookshelf runs without updating the Internet Directory.
The <file name>.z96 Update file is not deleted from your system.
If you are using Windows 3.x, you receive the following error message:
Bookshelf 96
Unable to process file while Bookshelf is running.
CAUSE
=====
This occurs if Bookshelf was running when you double-clicked the Update file.
RESOLUTION
==========
Close Bookshelf, and then double-click the Update file.
