SYMPTOMS
========
The first time you run one of the multimedia programs listed at the top of this
article, shortcuts to the program are installed on your Start menu. If these
shortcuts are deleted, running the program does not reinstall the missing
shortcuts.
NOTE: These programs do not have a Setup (Setup.exe) program.
RESOLUTION
==========
To reinstall the shortcuts, do the following:
1. Use Add/Remove Programs feature in the Windows Control Panel to uninstall the
program. For more information about how to accomplish this task in Windows,
see your Windows printed documentation or online Help.
2. Run the multimedia program. This adds the shortcut to the Start menu.
For more information on removing programs, please refer to your Windows online
Help.
