SYMPTOMS
========
In the Complete Gardening List Maker, if you make a change to a list, then click
Cancel or Close the List Maker, you receive the following message:
Do you want to save your lists?
with the option to choose Yes, No or Cancel. If you press the F1 keyboard key for
instructions while this dialog box is on the screen, you receive the following
error message:
Microsoft Complete Gardening is unable to proceed due to an unknown error.
NOTE: After this message has appeared once, receive this message any time you
press F1.
WORKAROUND
==========
Do not press the F1 key while the Save List dialog box is on your screen.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Complete Gardening
version 1.0. for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
