SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to copy a pronunciation from Bookshelf and then paste the
pronunciation into another program, the pronunciation does not play.

CAUSE
=====

If the article where you copied the pronunciation also contains an anthem, then
only a picture of the sound may be pasted. The actual sound of the pronunciation
was not copied, and nothing is heard when you try to play the sound.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Bookshelf 96-97 for the
Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
