SYMPTOMS
========
When you reinstall Microsoft Exchange Server on a Windows NT Backup Domain
Controller (BDC) using a Windows NT domain account as the Microsoft Exchange
Server Service Account, you might receive the following error:
No mapping between account and security ID.
This is due to a problem in validating the service account.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0 U.S.
Service Pack 2. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the
