bring it back to a windowed view it will remain on the Taskbar.

RESOLUTION
==========

When the item is on the Taskbar, right-click the item and select either Restore
or Maximize. Internet Explorer will expand to a window view. You can also use
Alt+Tab to bring Internet Explorer to the foreground.
