SYMPTOMS

When you start one of the games listed above, you may receive the following
error message:
Unable to load VGA palette
CAUSE
=====
This message occurs if the Games .pod file has been damaged, or was not
transferred to your hard disk properly.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, uninstall, and then reinstall the game. To remove and
reinstall the game, follow these steps:
1. Click the Start button, point to Setting, and click Control Panel.
2. Click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Click the Install/Uninstall tab.
4. Click the game you want to remove, and then click Add/Remove.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the game.
6. Reinstall the game.
