SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to access a personal store file (.pst file) that is located on a
NetWare Server, you may receive one of the following error messages:

  The command you specified could not be carried out. The file
  <path>\mailbox.pst could not be accessed because another workstation
  has modified it. Close and then restart all mail-enabled applications.

  The set of folders could not be opened. The file <path>\mailbox.pst
  could not be accessed because another workstation has modified it.

WORKAROUND
==========

Install the Microsoft client for NetWare networks.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed that this is an intermittent problem within the NetWare
client 32 for Windows 95 redirector and is currently working with Novell to
correct this.
