SYMPTOMS
========

When there are a large number (hundreds or thousands) of TCP connections to a
computer running Windows NT, the netstat command takes a long time to return the
list. The actual time varies on each computer.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
